Clemson Blue Cheese Wafers
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Clemson Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces Butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup Flour
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Clemson Blue Cheese, butter, and egg yolk and blend well. Fold in flour. Roll mixture in aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or parchment paper, and refrigetate two to three hours
- Cut into slices a little more than 1/4-inch thick. Bake on baking sheet at 425°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
