Clemson Blue Cheese Finger Sandwiches with Honey

4 ounces Clemson Blue Cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese
1 loaf raisin bread
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/3 cup honey

  1. In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine Clemson Blue Cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Cut bread into 1/4-inch slices, and spread each slice with a small amount of cheese mixture.
  3. Sprinkle walnuts on top and drizzle with honey. Cut each slice in half and arrange on a serving platter.
